I've learned that this is not buildt to show you the way, but is piled up every spring from stones and small rocks that origin from spring flooding. That is, to clear the way you have to get rid of them and piling them up just looks nice!

This may be sad but we lovedthe gorge so much we bought stones home and built a small stack at home in England.We will go back again

The only reason is for fun. Sometimes it is used against fear for mountain ghosts....
