The dirt track leading to Mpalos

I walked here in the early 1990s. Does anyone know if the road is more accessible these days from Kaliviani towards Balos bay, as I am returning here in June 2006

Is jeep the only car to travel with to Balos Lagoon? Is it possible to go there with a Minibus?
