Kaliviani guestrooms are housed in a nice two storey building in Kaliviani village, with a gorgeous view to Kissamos Bay. On the first floor of the hotel there is the restaurant, catering local flavors and breakfast, using fresh local products of the Cretan land.

On the second floor there are the five spacious guestrooms, ranging from triple (3) to double rooms(2). All rooms are comfortable with modern and warm atmosphere and have private bathroom, fridge, TV, A/C, warm water all day, hairdryer and large closets. Balconies offer panoramic view to Kissamos Bay.

Kaliviani hotel is located in close proximity to many places of tourist interest in Chania area, with nice sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and amazing landscape. Close to the hotel there is the gorgeous Balos Lagoon, the Falassarna beach with its endless sandy beach, and Elafonissi with its splendid landscape.
