Crete is special to me because I met so many really lovely people, and the weather, the Beach and allmost everything was so nice. Especially the nightlife!

Favourite restaurants in Crete:I don't have a favourite one because they were all so good and really, really nice.

Favourite accommodation in Crete: -

Favourite beach in Crete:I don't have one. But for young people you must visit Star Beach waterpark. There is a real beach there too.
You have to see in Crete: You have to go somewere high and take some pictures at night from Hersonissos. It's so nice, I promise!

Night Life in Crete: I liked to go to the Tiger Bar and Mapona Bar because we made so many friends over there. But the Status-Club and BIO BIO are also very, very nice. Camelot got a nice location but they play a lot of Trance and I don't like this so much.

Off the beaten path in Crete:

When in Crete be careful about: You don't have to be careful, but if you look a little around, then you can find very nice and lovely things. In the market streets, you have to watch your purse a little.

Transportation: You can rent cars allmost everywere. I also enjoyed a lot that small train that drives around Hersonissos.

Cultural Tips: It is not a real cultural tip , but if you go to a Restaurant then you have to taste Mousaka!

Extra Notes: If you want to go to Hersonissos, then try to spend two weeks there because one week is too short.
Have a great vacation and maybe, we will meet in Heronissos. I will be back in October 2002.
