Crete is special to me because The people are very friendly, I made very good friends & its a lovely place to visit

Favourite restaurants in Crete: Most of them.

Favourite accommodation in Crete: Sorroco in Hersonissos. Basic but the owner and his family made me feel at home

Favourite beach in Crete: Star Beach in Hersonissos
You have to see in Crete: especially the Love-Boat, owned by Paris

Night Life in Crete: The Neon, The Arena, Black Cactus, Status & the Blarney Stone, they are all in Hersonissos. Lots of bars in Malia too.

Off the beaten path in Crete: Horse Riding center

When in Crete be careful about Walking on the road, taxi drivers are very fast.

Transportation: Walking and enjoying the view, or rent out a bike and go cycling. Boat trip arranged by your tour company

Cultural Tips: The Greek people are very friendly. Walking down a street and being stopped and talked to by so many people. Making friends you will never forget!
